About Dan

He has been working in the real estate and mortgage industries since 1985 and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry. He has hands on personal experience in developing and selling land development projects and owned and managed multiple remodeling home projects. He lives with his wife of 31 years (one dog, three cats, six chickens and one cow) on a five-acre historic family farm which they have beautifully refurbished from the ground up including new: foundation, septic, electrical, plumbing, insulation, flooring, roofing, and solar installation. He is well versed on navigating you through the many aspects involved with buying, selling and owning a home.

He knows what to do and how to bring a home to market and maximize your selling price. He has excellent contacts to ready your home to sell or improving your newly purchased home; from remodeling to painting, landscaping and general clean up. He has an excellent eye for detail. Dan has owned and managed a successful Mortgage Brokerage firm since 2010.

Knowledge - He has developed a deep knowledge of the real estate industry through over three thousand real estate transactions he has closed as a mortgage broker and as a real estate agent. He has lived and worked in Sonoma County for over 24 years and knowledgeable of the various microclimates and market areas of the county. He is well informed of market trends affecting one of your most important life decisions.

Other Interests - Dan loves working in his orchard and woodworking in his shop, making craftsman style lamps and clocks. He is currently restoring a 1953 Power Wagon Truck and enjoys backpacking in the mountains, cycling the world class routes of Sonoma County and spending time with his wife and three adult children.

Graduate of California State University, Chico, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance

President of The Chico State Intercollegiate Cycling Team for three years, growing the team and sport including organizing a Cycling Race Event in Downtown Chico, coordinating with local City Municipalities, Business' and Colleges throughout the state.
