We have bought and sold several homes, but our last purchase was by far the easiest and most satisfying even though it was potentially quite stressful, due to the very tight real estate market and high prices. Having Dan on our team made the whole process a pleasant one. Dan works really hard for his clients and goes the extra mile for you. Before during and after the sale he was right there, hooking us up with a professional painter who did a fantastic job at a great price, a carpenter who did the same, his favorite person to work with in the title company, a septic company, an insurance company who came through with a great rate, etc., he vetted them all and they all were excellent at a fair price.
We had very tight terms in our period for inspections and Dan coordinated everything seamlessly in 3 days. In his negotiations with the listing agent, Dan had just the right touch, helpful, friendly, and competent.
His knowledge and experience with all the moving parts of country properties was incredible, including in-depth knowledge with septic systems, water wells, trees, gardens and the multiple mechanical applications in a home was very helpful. He has a great eye for detail.
